Pressure Washer Hose
58Pressure washer hose is a critical component of a pressure washer that connects the the spraygun to the pressure washing unit itself. It's important this hose be incredibly strong since it needs to guide water at extremely high pressures, but it must also be flexible as to not encumber the person do the pressure washing by being too stiff and difficult to maneuver. When you buy a pressure washer, typically it will come with an adequate pressure washer hose already with it.
There are several reasons why you may want to buy a new pressure washer hose. The most obvious is if your old hose has become worn out and is leaking: this isn't too uncommon since they are under a lot of internal pressure, and can also get scraped and caught on various objects as the pressure washer is used. You may also need to replace the hose if you need to be further away from the main washer unit when spraying: for example, you may need to be up a high ladder with your pressure washer far below you, connected by a long pressure washer hose. You can also buy a new pressure washer hose with a higher amount of flexibility for getting into confined spaces that a stiffer hose may have trouble with.
You can buy replacement pressure washer hose online and the price will vary based on length, type of material, degree of flexibility and the amount of pressure it is rated to handle. It can be difficult to buy online since you won't be able to see it, and will need to be absolutely sure that it will fit your pressure washer and spraygun. You can increase the chances of buying the right pressure washer hose by consulting the manual of your washer in order to understand the exact specifications of a hose that will work correctly on the unit.
Be sure to carefully follow the directions in your manual for replacing your old pressure washer hose: it's critical that the connection between the hose and the both the washer unit and spraygun be solid and waterproof: typically this will require using a metal bracket of some kind as well as a recommended waterproof adhesive. After installing the new pressure washer hose, ease up the pressure gradually to make sure that you have made a complete seal. Be careful because a leak can be dangerous because of the high pressure release.
